Wellwa Smart Water is operated by Wellwa Life India. This app connects your Wellwa member account to a compatible Wellwa water ionizer.

Information we use

• Your Wellwa member profile, including name, member ID, registered email, mobile, membership status and package information.
• Ionizer identity, online status, water-mode telemetry, service information, command history and Wi‑Fi signal data.
• Service-request details that you choose to submit.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, confirm device ownership, operate your ionizer, show device health, prevent unauthorized control and provide support.

Passwords and security

Your password is sent over HTTPS to the Wellwa authentication service for verification. The Smart Water app does not save your password. App sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies. Device control requires account ownership and physical pairing.

Sharing and retention

Information is used within Wellwa Life and its service operations. We do not sell Smart Water app data. Account, service and command records are retained as required for operations, safety, support and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may disable app notifications in your device settings, sign out at any time and contact Wellwa Life to request account-data support. Device ownership changes require Wellwa verification.
